Baked Brie
Baked Brie
Take a small round of brie, 8 oz., and place in the dish, top with your favorite toppings: pesto, mango or pear chutney, olive tapenade or some sliced apples, almonds, brown sugar and brandy.
Place in cool oven and turn temp to 350, bake 10-15 minutes.
Serve with crackers or french bread and some sliced apple or pear.

Maidstone Margaritas
In a pitcher combine:
2 parts Tequila
1 part Cointreau or triple sec
1 part Rose’s Sweetened Lime Juice
2 parts fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
Stir or blend with ice
serve in a salt rimmed mug with a fresh lime wedge
Enjoy!!

Olive Oil Dipping Dish
With Garlic Grater
Peel a clove of garlic then rub against rough design at bottom of dish
Add ½ inch of extra virgin olive oil use as a dip for bread or vegetables. For variety add some cracked pepper or any dried herbs you like. Try rubbing a bit of ginger in the bottom for a zippy addition to your oil dip
This dish can also be used as a cooking aid to create flavored oils or salad dressings.
For a no fat recipe use balsamic vinegar or citrus juice.
Caution: edges to grate garlic can be quite sharp, be careful!

Amazing salad dressing and marinade
1-2 garlic cloves minced
1"-2" piece of fresh ginger minced
1/8 cup tamari or soy sauce
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Shake well and serve
The longer the ingredients sit the nicer the flavors infuse. This dressing can sit for weeks in the refrigerator and as it gets used just add more liquids in proportion and more ginger and garlic as necessary.
Excellent as an addition to pan fried potatoes, vegetables or chicken too, just add while cooking

All our pottery is microwave, dishwasher and oven safe.
Please remember to prevent shocking the pottery which can cause a crack or worse by changing the temperature of the pot slowly: When baking place a room temperature pot in a cool oven then turning on the oven to the desired temperature
Do not place pottery on a stove burner
Do not put a hot pot on a cold or wet surface
If you remember these simple directions your pottery will give you many years of enjoyment
